  • Events with 100-250 attendees (e.g. large parties, charity events, small sporting events)

    • Minimum of 2 hours of coverage

    • 1-2 proximal locations

    • Get to know you questionnaire + 30 minute virtual consultation

    • Collaborative private Pinterest board (optional)

    • 10 sneak peek images within 24-72 hours

    • Professional editing

    • 50+ high-resolution digital images per hour of coverage

    • 3-week turnaround time

    • Private gallery with unlimited image downloads for up to 1 year

    • Personal printing rights

  • $175/hr (minimum 2 hours)

  • Events with 250+ attendees (e.g. conferences, festivals, concerts, races)

    • Minimum of 2 hours of coverage

    • Unlimited locations (within 15 mile radius)

    • Get to know you questionnaire + two 30 minute virtual consultations

    • Collaborative private Pinterest board (optional)

    • 15 sneak peek images within 24-72 hours

    • Professional editing

    • 50+ high-resolution digital images per hour of coverage

    • 3-week turnaround time

    • Private gallery with unlimited image downloads for up to 1 year

  • Starting at $200/hr (prices vary based on event type)

  • 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure date
